SMS Terms & Conditions

 

Types of SMS Communications:  

We send Customer Care messages. These messages include:

  • Appointment Reminders – Notifications regarding upcoming scheduled appointments.
  • Meeting Confirmations & Updates – Details about scheduled meetings, changes, or cancellations.
  • Follow-ups on Cases – Updates on inquiries, support tickets, or ongoing service requests.
  • Service Updates – Notifications about system maintenance, service changes, or important account-related information.


Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving SMS Messages, which can vary based on factors such as your mobile plan, geographic location, and carrier policies. These charges may apply to customer care messages including: appointment reminders, meeting confirmations & updates, follow-ups on cases, service updates, or one-time password (OTP) messages. We are not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier. For details on your specific messaging rates, please contact your carrier


SMS Terms And Conditions portion: Users may receive up to 5 messages, but message frequency will vary. The number of messages sent daily across all users depends on service updates and user interactions. Message and data rates may apply. 


2.1 SMS For Consent Communication


The Phone Numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.


2.2 Types of SMS Communications If you have consented to receive text messages from Ignite Human Capital LLC, you may receive text messages related to: Appointment reminders, meetings, follow-up on cases, and service updates.

For Example: Hello Thank you for contacting Ignite Human Capital LLC, how can we help you? Reply Stop to opt-out at any time. Message and data rates may apply, for assistance, text Help" or visit our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms & Conditions.


2.3 Message Frequency:  Our SMS message frequency will be from 50 to 1000 text messages daily across all users.

 

2.4 Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: Many carriers charge a fee for each message sent or received. This can vary depending on the carrier's pricing structure and whether the message is sent domestically or internationally.


2.5 Opt-In Method: Customer will Opt-In for SMS messaging from Ignite Human Capital LLC through the paper form located down below. This agreement for SMS will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.


2.6 Opt-out: Customer will be able to opt out of SMS messaging from Ignite Human Capital LLC by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message, once opted-out they will receive no further SMS communication. They can Opt back In at any time by replying START
